This department is responsible for the repair and maintenance of our city streets, as well as maintaining State Highways within our city limits. They also ensure proper drainage within the city roadways.

 

Other Functions

  • Repair, maintenance and installation of street signs.
  • Striping of streets and parking spaces.
  • Curb and gutter repair and construction.
  • Repairing and installation of sidewalks.
  • Maintains all City parks, Munford and Townsend cemeteries, as well as, the City of Covington Airport grounds
